Load and Performance Tester (m/f/d)

You measure how systems behave under load, find the bottlenecks and show what fixes them.

Your tasks

  • Derive realistic load models from production data and business plans
  • Create load scripts and test data for the most important business transactions
  • Run load, stress, endurance and spike tests
  • Monitor application, database and infrastructure during the tests
  • Analyse bottlenecks and give concrete recommendations
  • Integrate performance tests into the pipeline so they run with every release

Your profile

  • Several years of experience with load and performance testing
  • Confident with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, LoadRunner or NeoLoad
  • Experience with monitoring, for example Grafana, Prometheus or Dynatrace
  • Good understanding of web applications, databases and infrastructure
  • Good German and good English

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud environments and their scaling
  • Programming skills, for example in Java, Scala, JavaScript or Python
  • ISTQB certification, for example Performance Testing
