Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

You automate regression testing so that teams release faster and more safely. Stable, maintainable and built into the pipeline.

Your tasks

  • Decide which tests are worth automating
  • Build and extend test frameworks for user interfaces and APIs
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps
  • Keep tests stable, analyse failures and fix their causes
  • Help prepare test data and test environments
  • Onboard client teams so they can maintain the tests themselves

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in test automation
  • Confident in at least one language such as Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python or C#
  • Experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Tricentis Tosca or Appium
  • API testing with REST or SOAP, for example with Postman, REST Assured or Karate
  • Good German and good English

Nice to have

  • ISTQB Foundation Level or Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Testcontainers
  • Experience with AI-assisted automation such as self-healing
